The Cup: Mellow cocoa, cooked fruit, and spices flavors with tart citric acidity and mild sweetness.

The Kunjin program includes coffees sourced from various smallholder producers in PNG's Western Highlands. Coffees are delivered in cherry form by producers who own an average of 1.5 hectares of land, with about 2,500 coffee trees per hectare maximum.
